The Sundays River Valley, situated in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, is both a local municipality and a vibrant agricultural, tourism and economic region comprising numerous small farming towns and many natural assets. The municipality lies immediately North of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality and the major regional City of Port Elizabeth.

Our organic vegetable garden, with home-grown salads, cauliflowers, tomatoes, beetroots and aromatic herbs, is used by our cooking students to make delicious recipes at the restaurant.

Swimming Pool
Along with our eco-friendly and sustainable practices, our swimming pool is 100% natural and organic.
Water is filtered naturally through the micro-organisms in plant life and doesn't require to use any chemical.
