Adapted courses and training

120 students receive international level training in tourism and hospitality.
They undergo 4 months of both theoretical and practical courses at our partner institutions.

Work in professional conditions

Each year, 120 students are placed in lodges, restaurants, and other tourism and hospitality businesses for 8 months of hands-on apprenticeship.

Access to new opportunities

Women and youth will gain better access to professional opportunities, leading to an increase in their income.

Support

NukaKamma offers ongoing support throughout the students’ apprenticeships, ensuring they receive guidance and assistance until their successful placement. This includes regular follow-ups to monitor progress and address any challenges that may arise during their training.

Digital tools are at the core of our teaching approach, both in the classroom and throughout the apprenticeship process.

Incubators

We are setting up incubators to support students who wish to start their own businesses, providing them with the resources and guidance needed for success.
